Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?A: Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Arizona addresses.
Q: Is shopping online at ScottsdaleScrubs.com safe?A: Yes, shopping online with ScottsdaleScrubs.com is 100% secure. We use SSL security, which is the best security system in the industry. All transactions are Verisign approved for security.
Q: Can I order online without a credit card?A: Currently, we only accept online orders placed with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Q: Can I mail, phone, fax or e-mail my order?A: Yes, please call 1-480-473-1234. Normal business hours are Monday through Thursday, 10a-6p and Friday 10a-5p Arizona time. If we are not available during an hour that is convenient for you, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
Order from our web site by fax: Fax your order anytime, to 1-480-473-0549. Remember to include all item, pricing and shipping information on your fax. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we will not use your phone number for any other purpose).
Order Processing and Shipping.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A:In-stock items usually process within 1-2 business days.
Standard Ground Allow for normal shipping time of up to 10 business days.
Premium Ground Allow for normal shipping time of 3-5 business days. Not available for Alaska & Hawaii.
2nd Day & Next Day In-stock orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CST can be processed within 1 business day and shipped either Next Day, or 2nd Day Air.
No weekend/holiday delivery available.
Monogram orders require additional processing time.
Q: How do I Track my Order?
A: All you need to track your order is your Order Number and the Destination Zip Code (i.e.: the Zip Code that the package is being sent to), both of which are on your Order Confirmation.
Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Standard UPS rates plus a small processing fee are used to calculate the shipping charges. Sales tax is collected if delivery is made within Arizona.
Q: How does ScottsdaleScrubs.com handle backorders?
A: we have a sizeable inventory to ensure timely shipment of your order, however, at times we may be out of certain items. We will notify you by e-mail if your item is backordered and its estimated time of delivery. To cancel a backordered item, e-mail us at customerservice@scottsdalescrubs.com or call 1-480-473-1234. If we don not hear from you we will the order when it becomes available. ScottsdaleScrubs.com does not charge for backorders until they are shipped. If you have ordered more than one item and any of those items are on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You are billed only once for shipping and processing at the beginning of your order.
Q: How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?
A: If you have any questions about your order, including order status, call us at 1-480-473-1234 or e-mail us at customerservice@scottsdalescrubs.com. Please include your name, address, and ordering information in addition to your question, so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: You should expect your order:
within 14 Business Days: if the shipping method is standard ground.
within 7 Business Days: if the shipping method is premium ground.
3 Business Days: if order is received before 11:00 a.m. MST, and item(s) are in-stock. Shipping method is 2nd Day Air.
2 Business Days: if order is received before 11 a.m. MST and item(s) are in-stock. Shipping method is Next Day Air.

Returns and Exchanges
Q: How do I return an item to Scottsdale Scrubs & Uniforms?
A: At ScottsdaleScrubs.com we want you to be happy with everything you purchase. Any item in original condition (unwashed, unworn with the tags on) may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt by mailing it back to us, along with the Return Form included in you order. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD's on return shipments cannot be accepted.

Q: What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
A: For fastest service, call us at 1-480-473-1234 or e-mail us at customerservice@scottsdalescrubs.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
Q: Will I get a full refund for my return?
A: If item is returned in new or like-new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-877-660-4777 and we will search for your order information.
Q: What guarantee do you offer on your products?
A: We want you to be happy! If you are ever disappointed, any non-embroidered items in original condition (with tags attached) may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Postage, shipping and handling are not refundable.Send returns via insured, prepaid U.S. mail or UPS to:
