Q: How do I return an item to Scottsdale Scrubs & Uniforms?
A: At ScottsdaleScrubs.com we want you to be happy with everything you purchase. Any item in original condition (unwashed, unworn with the tags on) may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt by mailing it back to us, along with the Return Form included in your order. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD's on return shipments cannot be accepted.

Q: What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
A: For fastest service, call us at 1-480-473-1234 or e-mail us at customerservice@scottsdalescrubs.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

Q: Will I get a full refund for my return?
A: If item is returned in new or like-new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-877-660-4777 and we will search for your order information.

Q: What guarantee do you offer on your products?
A: We want you to be happy! If you are ever disappointed, any non-embroidered items in original condition (with tags attached) may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Postage, shipping and handling are not refundable.Send returns via insured, prepaid U.S. mail or UPS to:
